I have a strong interest in the Laws of the Game and enjoy ensuring that matches are played fairly and professionally. Refereeing has helped me develop important skills such as leadership, communication, decision-making, and confidence under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I believe that respect, integrity, and fairness are the foundations of successful refereeing. I am committed to continuous learning and improving my knowledge of football regulations to become a better referee.
